We ARE ALIVE!!!!!

These are just a few fun pictures of Ethan at the beginning of the summer. He is so much fun. I love being a mom. He is the greatest thing that has ever happened to Ryan and I. I love him so much!

This is a picture of Ethan with my sisters little girl Makenzie. She was born 10 days after Ethan. It is fun to have a cousin that is your same age. They are great friends! I love these kiddos.

Summer has been great. It flew by way to fast. I wish that it was still summer. I loved being home with Ethan all day. Hopefully soon I will be able to stay at home with him all of the time. School is back in session.:( But now I will try to update on what we did over the summer. It was great!

FIRST CAMPING TRIP!!

We went camping the the Jenks' last weekend and we had such a great time. We were able to sleep in their trailer with them which was very nice of them to let us. The weather was perfect for us. It wasn't too hot or too cold. Ethan slept for almost ten hours that night it was so nice. The next morning we went for our morning run and it was beautiful out there. Logan canyon is great. I love that we live so close to the mountains. We need to go camping with them again really soon. I love going with them we always have a great time. Thanks Mom and Dad!!

This is a hat that my mom bought Ethan when he was staying at their house. He looks so cute in it. We were having fun putting the hat on him. He was enjoying it for awhile, but then he decided he had had enough.

Making Brownies!

My sweet little nieces Whitney and Autumn, decided to make brownies at my parents house on Memorial Day weekend. They were being so funny. I let them lick the bowl and they got chocolate all over their faces. So I decided to join the fun and lick the bowl with them. They are so funny. We made brownies twice that weekend because they had so much fun the first time!

Ethan was being so cute this day! We were visiting at Ryan's parents house and Ethan was just a happy boy! He is so fun for us! We love making him smile. Those smiles are the best things in the whole world. I love this little boy so much!

FIRST RACE!

On Saturday Ryan and I ran in our first race of the year! It was so much fun. Ethan did great. Poor little guy though he got his shots on Friday and they made him really sleepy so he slept pretty much the whole time that we were running. But during the prize give aways, I had to go and feed Ethan his bottle, and while I was feeding him he messed in his pants, but what I didn't realize until after he was done with his bottle was that it was a major blow out. It was hilarious to watch Ryan have a hard time with it. So I had to change the poor little guy in the car and get him all cleaned up before I could put him in his car seat. We should have gotten pictures of that whole ordeal. It was pretty funny looking back on it now. At the time I didn't think so while Ryan was sitting there laughing!

First Hike!!!!

I love this picture of the pelican in the water! We kind of scared it away on accident.

There was so much water that it was flowing over the road here.
I know I'm a dork but this rock was fun to stand on and I was proud of myself for being able to climb up on it.

On Monday night for family night Ryan and I went on a hike. It was a four mile hike up the canyon. It was pretty hard for me, I am actually still sore from it, but it was nice to be able to go hiking again. I have missed going in the mountains here in Logan. The weather was perfect it wasn't to hot or to cold. I loved it. Ethan is in Idaho right now with my mom and dad, because they wanted to spend time with him, and since I am back to work it worked perfectly for them to watch him this week for us. I really appreciate their help. It is hard though because I miss my baby like crazy! Ryan is going to Blackfoot today and I will be going up there on Friday! We are just trying to keep ourselves busy. I can't wait to see my baby again, it has been really weird without him.
